Words from the Founder:
From my earliest memories, I have always loved flowers. As a little girl I would watch my mother creatively decorate her home. Her attention to detail and passion for making things look amazing has been passed down to me and my siblings.
As a young adult, I can recall watching one of my sisters, who worked for a small flower shop, putting together fresh floral arrangements for people, and thinking, “I would love to do that”. Some years later in 2005, I received a prophetic word that said I would be a business owner. I had no idea as to what type of business it would be, but I knew it would involve my creative abilities.
A few years ago my church began hosting meals during our Friends and Family Day morning worship time. I thought it would be a wonderful addition to the setting for each of the tables to be decorated with a silk floral arrangement. To avoid putting a financial strain on the ministry, I decided to purchase and prepare these arrangements on my own. Over the course of time, my inventory of silk flowers and accessories, grew along with my passion for creating beautiful silk centerpieces. I have been able to bring a touch of elegance and a smile to the faces of many people who have dined at a table displaying one of my arrangements.
I have passionately pursued the word spoken over my life to become a business owner and this is where God has led me. I came to realize that God was blessing me in the area of silk floral arrangements. In 2015, I decided to move from creating silk arrangements as a hobby to making it a business. Tempora Creative Designz, LLC was birthed out of a place of wanting to see people smile while enjoying their special occasion. The word ‘tempora’ means seasons. I believe God has gifted me to be able to create original and authentic floral designs for every season of a person’s life. TCD is the fulfillment of God’s word spoken over my life. It is my season!!!
